The popularity of women’s sports has never been greater, and nowhere are we seeing this more so than the WNBA. But there is a cultural conversation that continues to fester regarding gender pay gaps and inequity. Vegas is the sports and entertainment capitol of the world and home to the back-to-back WNBA champion Aces. We had an opportunity to meet culture where it’s at. 

Las Vegas sponsors the WNBA Aces. Every single one of them. Creating a new path to equal pay. There are no limitations on the number of players on a team that can have agreements with the same sponsor, so one entity can sponsor all players, individually, on the roster. So we did just that. And we doubled the average players salary. ($100,000!) The initial announcement garnered over 2 BILLION impressions.
